Hello fellow bubble watchers. After years of sitting on the sidelines and enjoying the numerous real estate bubble blogs, I've decided to get off my can and share what's happening in my neck of the woods, these woods being Castaic, CA and nearby Santa Clarita, Valencia and other parts of Canyon Country.
I've recently moved from Westwood, CA to Castaic where I am renting in the "Lake Castaic" area. Hopefully we'll see some serious bubble-popping action in the next year, and I'll be able to put my down payment to good use. In the meantime, there are lots of interesting properties to see.
